Service Description

A Step Toward Oneself It is never trivial. It requires courage, gentleness, and a certain sincerity toward oneself. It is a moment of rare delicacy, an intimate encounter between an awakening consciousness and a growing curiosity. Each of us carries our own limitations and fears... And the day we recognize and accept them, an inner process begins. Something awakens, something unique, precious, deeply intimate, and personal. It belongs to you. It will stay with you. It is with humility that I will guide you during these weekends. I will share with you the tools I have received, lived through, experimented with, and integrated—tools that can become keys to your own return to yourself. This pathway is traveled, step by step, with respect, at each person’s own pace. It’s not about going fast, but about going authentically. Of course, there will also be a period of adjustment for this first stage before moving on to the second, which cannot be shortened because not everyone practices in the same manner. And slowly, naturally, your own wisdom will emerge. With Heart and Completeness Arnaud
